Money Back Guarantee Worthless
I purchased the recovery software and it did NOT recover my data. They advertise on their web site a 30 day money back guarantee, but after many emails, screen shots of what the software recovered and that what it did recover was corrupted, they have only agreeded to give me back 1/2 of my refund. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Bought the machine 1 year ago
Bought the machine 1 year ago. Have only been able to use it a very few times. Can NEVER get the focus correct. Gave up and bought 3 new X-Tool lasers instead. They all have auto focus. Now, Omtech comes out with the very same machine as the one I purchased with autofocus. I'm stuck with a dead rock.
