Confused service but good
Overall, I've had a good experience with the service and support-thank you for that. I signed up for the Windows Desktop 64-bit VPS under the 1-month free trial, but I noticed the OS provided was actually Windows Server 2016, not the Windows 10 Pro Desktop version I was expecting. That said, I reached out to support, provided a Windows 10 Pro ISO file, and they were helpful in installing a new VPS using that image-so I really appreciate their assistance. As a suggestion, I believe it would greatly improve the user experience if your service offered a true Windows Desktop 64-bit VPS option by default. Currently, the offering is labeled as a desktop version, but it's actually running a server OS, which may cause confusion for some users.
