I purchased 2 of the new #3 model rings. One for my wife and the other for myself. We have had them for several months now. The software and firmware is always kept current. I wanted these to work and really tried to make it so. I have considerable experience with a variety of IT products and earned my living in IT for over 25 years. I'm retired now. These devices should not have been released for sale. They are in desperate need of additional software and firmware development. Any devices being sold should have been identified as beta and certainly priced accordingly. The support system provided is subpar and is perhaps the worst I have ever experienced. These devices and/or it's application is buggy and unreliable. I believe that with enough development these will likely work quite well but not today!
