Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I submitted a ticket last year to cancel my subscription and request a refund—no response at all. A full year later, they charged me again, and I opened another ticket—still no reply. It’s honestly unreal that there’s no way to properly contact the company or get support. Completely unacceptable.
