Ordered 2 items 7June. Emailed 19 June asking why items had not been dispatched as they had been waiting to ship for 8 business days, received generic reply; bla bla bla sorry about delay,still being processed, want to make sure everything’s perfect etc etc…Checked trust pilot, emailed again asking for refund on items…..no response. Wished I had checked reviews first……They are ignoring my request for a full refund. I DO NOT WANT THESE ITEMS…..They have shipped the items AFTER I asked to cancel order & for a full refund. Their shipping policy states that an order can be cancelled before shipment, which I have evidence on the email thread that I did this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not honour their own policies.
