Raavi was a lifesaver in helping me secure a last-minute flight from LAX to Chennai (MAA). Not only did she find a significantly better airline, but she also managed to get me a lower fare than what I was initially planning to book myself. I needed additional luggage allowance, and she went above and beyond to find an airline that included extra baggage at no additional cost — and still came in cheaper than my original option. I highly recommend Raavi and Ovago to anyone booking international travel. Their service, value, and attention to detail were exceptional.
