Beware:Worst customer service ever!
Beware:Worst customer service ever! I ordered a coat that I loved and they sent it with a delay (because those things happen right?). Well, because the coat came with a delay I wasnt at home when it arrived due to unforseen familiar circumstances. As I finally could get back home and try my new coat I noticed it was too big. I asked customer service for a change of size and they told me I was already too late. It was day 16 of their 15 day return policy. They didn't care about my particular situation and didn't feel responsible for their mistake, even though they had sent the goods too late. Besides, I didn't want a refund, I wanted an exchange. Now I have a 200€ amazing coat that I have to throw out... EDIT: Customer service responded to this comment with only an automated reply. This shows how “great” their customer service is, that they can't even read a review and understand the point being made.
