Very good service and response to problems. As with any innovation, malfunctions do occur, but after submitting a complaint, clear instructions on how to improve the machine or spare parts are sent to the user at the specified address. I've been training intensively since the order arrived, without having to commute in traffic, wait for the machine to become available, or arrange a meeting with a trainer and follow a single training plan.
