Great bike and outstanding customer service
I bought the ENGWE P275 Pro in January 2025 and overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. The bike itself is fantastic: very well built, solid, and with a great design. You can really feel the quality while riding it. After about 2,500 km, the automatic gearbox failed. I contacted customer support and despite the time difference between Italy and China, they were incredibly fast and efficient. As soon as I sent my purchase receipt and frame number, they shipped the replacement part without any hassle. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. About 1–2 months later, unfortunately, the battery also failed (just bad luck). Once again, the customer service was excellent. The battery was temporarily out of stock, so I had to wait about a month, but as soon as it was available again, they sent it immediately. Now everything works perfectly. In summary: ✔️ the bike looks great and rides beautifully ✔️ build quality is very good ✔️ customer support is outstanding and reliable I definitely recommend ENGWE. My only advice is to carefully choose the model and components: the automatic gearbox is convenient but more complex than a traditional one, so if you want maximum simplicity, a standard transmission might be a better option. Personally, I am very satisfied with both the bike and the after-sales service. ENGWE really surprised me in a positive way.
