I bought the ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 mostly out of curiosity. I had no previous experience with e-bikes, but the foldable design and specs caught my attention. The bike exceeded my expectations. The performance and comfort are really good, even for someone of my larger build. Everything works very well. When I needed a hard-to-get spare part, I contacted Engwe customer support. Their response was quick and very helpful – they started solving it right away. I’m now planning to buy the P20 model as well, because the belt drive looks like an interesting next step. Excellent brand and companie 👌 I bought a M1 bike of their this year, and i'm really happy about it, the bike is great & stylish, got solid construction and the delivery was fast and good. Then i've got an issue due to a shock caused by a fall: the customer service was especially fantastic and helpfull (special thanks to Lily!🏆), very nice and patient to help me to find the issue, with fast responses and very professional handling of the problem. Great e-bike . Bought engwe EP 2 pro one a half years and already drove more than 12k km. I had no critical problems with it, I used it for everyday commuting to work. It rides great on both regular roads and dirt roads( which Google Maps often likes to slip up) tested. I think it's a great choice if you want to get a bike for everyday use. They also have excellent support, quickly responding and resolving any issues. I can advise you to buy bikes with them.
