I ordered a 6 in 1 cavitation machine a week ago and no tracking number no reply from the live chat as to when or even IF I’ll receive my order. I think I’ve been scammed. Supposedly, they deliver within 3 - 5 business days after your order but it’s been 6 and I don’t even have a tracking number. They sent me a email with YouTube links for how to operate the machine and a “manual” that turned out to be a broken link. So, no tracking number, no machine, no manual & no response. Also, I just noticed various “MyChWay” profiles. There’s mychway.com, mychway.shop & mychway.online. So, which is the real one? Beware. UPDATE: I finally got the cavitation machine on 7/6/25. Once this review went up, I was contacted by someone from MyChWay's customer service department who explained that shipping was delayed because the particular machine I ordered was out of stock and new stock was coming it. My delivery was supposed to come sooner than 7/6 but there was some delay on FedEx's end so that's not their fault. Set up pretty easy and I used it as soon as I got it. Now, time to wait for results.
