Avoid redBus at all costs - Horrible Experience
I'm writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had with redBus. I booked a sleeper bus, but when I boarded, I was shocked to find it was a seater bus with no prior intimation. The worst part was a female passenger who was heavily drunk and had alcohol with her. Despite this, she was allowed on board without any checks. She even poured alcohol in the bus, making the environment unbearable and our bags reeked of it. The lack of security checks and care for passengers is appalling. I urge redBus to take strict action against carrying alcohol on board and ensure passenger safety. Till then, I'll be avoiding redbus.
