Outstanding custom support
This is my first review on trustpilot. I normaly never write reviews, but my experience with mybeadsfindings.com was outstanding. A few weeks ago, I ordered some earring hooks from mybeadsfindings.com. The delivery to Switzerland was relatively fast. After placing my order, I contacted customer support to ask whether the hooks met the EU nickel standard. To my surprise, they went above and beyond: they arranged for a testing lab to verify the products and even provided a certificate. It turned out that one of the items met the standard and one did not. The support team was extremely patient and helpful in finding a suitable replacement. I’ve rarely experienced such exceptional customer service. I would definitely order from them again anytime.
