Fabulous company to buy from. Sent tracking information. Ordered on 21st February. The shop was closed for chinese new year but it was still delivered 9 days later to the UK. Very happy with my items. Some were glass and were so well packaged nothing has broken.
The malachite bracelet was exquisite. Beautiful beads clearly carefully chosen. All the way from Germany to US. Great free shipping!
The best jewelry finds I know so far. I would like to praise the customer service, offered by a real person and not artificial intelligence, which is really above standards. really fast, efficient and patient, I couldn't have been better served.
This is my first review on trustpilot. I normaly never write reviews, but my experience with mybeadsfindings.com was outstanding. A few weeks ago, I ordered some earring hooks from mybeadsfindings.com. The delivery to Switzerland was relatively fast. After placing my order, I contacted customer support to ask whether the hooks met the EU nickel standard. To my surprise, they went above and beyond: they arranged for a testing lab to verify the products and even provided a certificate. It turned out that one of the items met the standard and one did not. The support team was extremely patient and helpful in finding a suitable replacement. I’ve rarely experienced such exceptional customer service. I would definitely order from them again anytime.
I have made multiple orders with this company. Every order has been received correctly, and has been packed securely. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions with questions about certain products, adding on to an existing order, etc. Responses have always been received quickly. Thank you Mybeadsfindings!
This company use SF express A Chinese company . for their deliveries.which means your parcels never actually get delivered.read SF reviews :( My parcel was *delivered* yesterday not to my property. But to a district office ??!! ,what district office ?? An address that doesn't actually exist. So be very careful ,ordering from them So be
Great company. Placed about 6 orders with them. Easy and quick replies to any messages. Reasonable and quick postage to the UK. All Items ordered have been as described and I’d recommend the company to others.
The products are high quality and their customer service is incredible. Shipping is as great as you can get shipping from far away and buying small lots isn’t a problem at all. Shipping and the products are reasonably priced.
I've been blown away by the customer service I've received at Mybeadsfindings. I've written to them several times with questions and they respond very quickly. They have been willing to work with my on several requests. The products I've received have been very nice as well.
They use an absolute crap delivery company in the UK Yodel, who are as good as a chocolate fire guard......Parcel has been in their warehouse for 4 days.....sorry but your delivery company has cost you a customer, first time I was using you as a trial basis for a business
Shopping with My Beads Finding has been instrumental to my business! I throughly enjoy the sales the most and ease of ordering the products! The turn around for receiving my packages has been nothing short of amazing! I also like when they inform their customers when certain holidays are approaching and they will be closed!
I love all the offerings on the site, the selection is huge. The hardest part is narrowing my options. The prices always seem amazing and they offer gold plated charms and findings. All the products I've ordered are such a great quality.
Fast shipping, good quality and nice website. Will order again from this place.
The whole order process was easy. The things I ordered looked just like they did on the website. I have and will order again.
A good experience ordering in Mybeadsfindings. Very easy to do, simple payment. The package arrived in good condition. Overall the items I ordered were like I expected.
Very low cost items compared to the uk. Looked everywhere on other sites for the rhinestones I needed and only these had them, so I ordered them straight away.
I‘m totally satisfied of quality. And also there are very friendly managers who can help you in any case.
I love this company. They are very serious about their products and they assist the customer with their needs. Their communication is great. I have been buying stainless steel items for my jewelry and I have not been disappointed. They follow up with the customer if there is an inquiry or if there is a delay in shipping. Great service!
This site is a scam. Do not give them your money. You will not receive any goods.
Hi Alexandra， After you placed the order BF230813077033 on August 13th, you asked us to refund to your credit card within the next 24 hours, which we really cannot do. Because it takes a few days for our receiving bank and your credit card issuing bank to process your credit card refund. Our bank has provided the ARN code ARN: 74424653226113600233181 Please contact your bank as soon as possible to confirm whether the money has reached your account.
I am able to find everything I want with the wide selection of bulk items they have. I love their selection of stainless steel items, it’s basically endless.
