Fabulous company to buy from. Sent tracking information. Ordered on 21st February. The shop was closed for chinese new year but it was still delivered 9 days later to the UK. Very happy with my items. Some were glass and were so well packaged nothing has broken.

A few weeks ago, I ordered some earring hooks from mybeadsfindings.com. The delivery to Switzerland was relatively fast. After placing my order, I contacted customer support to ask whether the hooks met the EU nickel standard. To my surprise, they went above and beyond: they arranged for a testing lab to verify the products and even provided a certificate. It turned out that one of the items met the standard and one did not. The support team was extremely patient and helpful in finding a suitable replacement. I’ve rarely experienced such exceptional customer service. I would definitely order from them again anytime.
