Great service. Yes the items took a little while to arrive but what can you expect when you're ordering from China. I mistakenly ordered the wrong items at first and their customer service team sorted it within 30 mins. Then I ordered the correct items and the quality is far better than expected for the price. 100% recommend.

I love this company. The prices are great and the customer service is very helpful. I do wish they offered free sea shipping with orders over $500. But otherwise I highly recommend then. Cess G was very helpful and kind.
I placed an order a July 2. According to Everful this order arrived in California on July 26 where the order has been in customs ever since. Today is August 25. 32 days later. Or so they say. I have not been given a single tracking number on this part of the shipment that has shown any movement at all. I have asked for a BOL number on the container, as well as a customs code for the reason it is delayed. Any information showing actual movement or reasons for delay they refuse to give you. They are very nice, however empty spaces on shelves are a major problem. I was looking forward to continuing business with them as a new supplier but unfortunately after I receive this order it will more than likely be my last. If anything changes I will revise this. For clarification they have given me tracking numbers - one that Tracking 17 says is Australia, and a fed ex number that has been created but never used. I was looking forward to better.
