Excellent content, but the promised values ring hollow The content is excellent. I have learned a great deal from Tony Robbins’ techniques, and the immersive event experience is outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the Mastery package has seriously shaken my trust in the organization. My package explicitly included two Diamond tickets for the Cologne event. I was later informed that the venue had been fully booked and that the second ticket would not be provided—even though comparable tickets are currently valued at approximately $4,300. The proposed alternative was a ticket for Miami, valid only this year. For someone living in Germany, this is a fundamentally different offer involving significant additional travel, time, and expense. It is not something I would have agreed to when making the original purchase. What makes this especially disappointing is the contradiction between this experience and the constant messaging around overdelivering, love, integrity, and not doing things purely for money. The techniques may be powerful, but when a clearly promised benefit simply “vaporizes,” those values begin to sound like sales rhetoric rather than principles that are actually lived.
