I purchased a treadmill for my dad in Montana. We went with the F85 over Nordictrack based on comparisons online and we're so glad we picked this one. We love it so far and the fact that we don't need a monthly subscription was a huge selling feature. The delivery was really quick considering it was being shipped to a rural area and the delivery guy was great, I didn't catch his name, but he was very professional. We had a slight issue with the assembly at first, but we called and emailed the customer support. I was quickly put in touch with Shane from the service department. Shane is awesome! He's extremely knowledgeable with this equipment, he even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed any help in the future. Between Shane and Ashlee in their corporate office, we had everything shipped, installed and running smoothly in no time. I'm very impressed with this company. The support was incredible. Well done!
