Excellent customer support
I had ordered a Pitaka Pin Button case for my new S25U in September. The case is incredibly useful, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable to hold. However, after a couple of months, the case began to warp slightly, resulting in a less than perfect fit, particularly around the volume buttons. Although I knew my warranty had expired, I sent an email explaining the issue. To my pleasant surprise, they responded very quickly and sent me a free replacement. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service; the representative I interacted with was wonderful, offering helpful tips and recommendations, and resolved my issue within two days. I totally understand that their cases are defenitly not on the cheap side but to have such a great customer service is worth the money in its own. Great job guys !
