Not once but many times - Delayed pay a habit
Not once but many times - delayed disbursement of salary even the employer approved the invoice ahead of time. No communication or updates as to why the pay is delayed. You really need to reach them out just to get updates. The worst part, no live agent that could help you during weekends and will just send a templated reply saying to wait more banking days.
