Don’t order!! I got electric scooter that wouldn’t charge they told me to send them a video after I did they just blocked me. They blocked me 20 days ago. And don’t ask me to delete my comment because yes I ordered from this site. My order is #15075
I’m very disappointed with Kukirin. They sent me a defective scooter, and the customer service has been incredibly slow. First, they asked me for my order number, I sent it right away. Then, it took them two days just to reply. After that, they asked me to check something on the screen and tell them what it says. I answered within 2 minutes, but again nothing. I could see they were online, but they just left me on seen. I needed this scooter and expected better support, especially after receiving a broken product.
I ordered g2 pro 9 days ago and everything came right until I drove it for a bit and then put it on charger but it’s not charging at all. I even tried my friend’s charger but it’s now working so the problem is not in charger. I’ll remove my rate if it magically fixes on its own. ( Order number: ORDER #15075)
