Our first trip to Japan…
Bert Hu worked with us for quite some time to develop our first trip to Japan. He was courteous, prompt, and professional in his work. We visited five cities and had private tours in Tokyo and Hakone with Kento and Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka with Victor(Yamazaki). Both Kento and Victor were very friendly but we got along better with Kento. His relationship with nature was very much like our own. Victor was more concerned with money and how much things cost, which was not a concern for us on this trip. Kento brought us to a hidden fish market only locals know about, which my wife loved. He ate lunch with us and shared his life with us. Contrary Victor brought us to a fast food place (that was inexpensive) and refused to let us pay. His focus on money was off putting. Unfortunately my wife injured her back during our trip, but Victor brought us to the hospital and was very helpful with the translation and getting medication. We got to see all of the most common things that most tourists see including temples and gardens. We ended our trip at the 2025 Expo which was an amazing experience. The lottery system to get into the pavilions was terrible and we did not get to see the attractions we wanted to see but that is not the travel agencies fault. All in all it was an amazing trip but next time we will prioritize nature and stay away from the cities as much as possible. Too many experiences to mention in this review.
