Poly was absolutely fabulous! His English was impeccable, and I learned so much from him throughout my time in Chiang Mai. He was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went — he even helped me at the airport, made sure I got checked in, helped straighten out an issue with my luggage, and walked with me all the way toward my gate. He has also continued to send me information about Buddhism afterward. That level of care and attention made such a difference. I genuinely enjoyed my time with him and would highly recommend Polly to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Five stars!
Thanks for your feedback. We're glad Poly's knowledge, personable nature, and exceptional care—especially at the airport and with follow-up information—made your Chiang Mai experience so memorable. It's good to know he went above and beyond from beginning to end. We appreciate your high recommendation.

Jimmy was and has been great to work with. The level of patience after several iterations was great to experience and we feel good about the final itinerary. As a 2nd time customer, if this trip is any bit as organized as my last one in Vietnam, I'll be back again.
The best part was to meet a professional who was and is guiding me by answering my questions.

Speed, courtesy and responsiveness while developing travel plan. Have not take trip yet, but the booking process was great even though the person was 14 hours out of our time zone.

The best thing about Highlights Travel is that the agents really get to know you, what you like to see, what you like to do. My agent, Albee, is outstanding at understanding my needs (I'm 70!) and plans accordingly. I have total trust in Albee and the company, and would never use anyone else.

Thank you for having such knowledgable and polite people in your company Bonny Fedoration. July 27, 2026
Thanks for your feedback, Bonny. We're glad Albee has been patient and responsive during the planning phase, and that you feel well looked after. We look forward to hearing about your trip when you return.
Amazing guides and drivers. Really spot on. Can’t say enough. Three of the four hotels outstanding really nice, fourth was last minute only for a night and not good. Had a full schedule and when flight problems there happened (not their fault) it cost a non refundable event to be missed. Leave room on front end travel for any problems. Don’t schedule “big day” first day or two and leave a bit of room for travel problems. Seemed last minute on receiving tickets or driver information but alway got them and again, drivers and guides Sera and Nina were awesome. Would definitely use again but be a bit more involved in scheduling. Amazing trip!
Thanks for your detailed and balanced feedback. We're glad the guides (Sera and Nina) and drivers stood out as awesome, and that three of the four hotels worked well. We appreciate your honest notes about the last‑minute hotel, the non‑refundable event missed due to flight delays, and the timing of ticket and driver info. Your advice to leave buffer days and avoid scheduling big activities on the first day is helpful. We're glad the trip was still amazing overall, and we'd be happy to help with future trips while paying closer attention to scheduling buffers.
Atsushi was the most wonderful guide in Hiroshima and Miwajima Island, I don’t even know where or how to begin to thank him for such a lovely day today. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the whole experience and make sure that we made each of our connections in the train and the busses and the ferry. We are so grateful to him for making this part of our journey to Japan so special and meaningful. His knowledge about the area and the history are tremendously extensive. When we started planning our trip two years ago, I knew I could not come to Japan without visiting Hiroshima and the peace park and the dome. The history is so important to remember and to honor those we have lost. We also truly enjoyed the recommendation he made for lunch today. And we were so loved by you sending us off today with a song. With all of our hearts, thank you for such a special day we will never forget. Please don’t visit Japan without doing this tour. It is outstanding and Atsushi is a treasure.
Thanks for your heartfelt feedback. We're glad Atsushi's knowledge, care, and attention to connections made your Hiroshima and Miyajima visit meaningful and smooth. It's good to know his lunch recommendation and the farewell song added a personal touch. We appreciate your strong recommendation and will pass along your thanks.
