As a longtime REI customer and enjoyed a long tradition of excellent service I went to the store in Corte Madera Tuesday, July 1 and stood around and could find no help in the backpack section for 15 minutes. One of the sales associate said I gotta do lately before I leave I can’t help you Will never return again.
