The website says they ship orders…
The website says they ship orders within 2 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and they are ignoring all my attempts at trying to contact them. It was for a birthday and now I'm worried it's going to be late. My order is #123746 Edit: they responded to me and said my order isn't shipping because 1 of the items I ordered is out of stock. It obviously wasn't out of stock when I ordered so they have inaccurate info on their site. I also don't know why they wouldn't ship out the rest of my order. Very frustrating
