I cancelled my Aircall subscription thinking that would be the end of it. But no – they still charged me for an entire extra month after cancellation. Apparently, you can’t just cancel and walk away like with most normal services, where your subscription simply runs until the paid period ends. No – with Aircall, you get charged again, even if you’re no longer using the service. This is the first time I’ve encountered a system where canceling still means being forced to pay. And of course, there’s no straightforward way to dispute it or get a refund. It feels like a trap – they count on people missing this tiny detail in the fine print just to squeeze out another month’s fee. Extremely disappointed. I’ll make sure to avoid Aircall in the future and warn others too.
