Avoid - incomplete products and no resolution
We purchased a Manchester United block set and discovered that a significant number of pieces were missing. When we contacted customer service, we were told that the only way they would resolve the issue was for us to count over 1,000 pieces and identify exactly which ones were missing. This is an unreasonable request. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and complete. A product with missing components clearly does not meet these standards. Customers should not be expected to carry out a full inventory audit of a faulty item in order to receive a replacement or refund. We are extremely disappointed with both the quality control and the way this issue has been handled.
