It was easy to submit my cancelled flight’s details, and the subsequent timeline set out the expected deadlines for a response clearly. However, I sadly did not receive regular updates from Compensair and had to manually check for updates myself. My initial claim was subsequently refused by the airline, and despite the assurances that Compensair provide on their website, they did not appear to chase or press the claim.
