Buyers Beware of Findercube
I purchased and received an item from this company, but it fit terribly, so I reached out to the company to request return instructions and a refund. Since June 26—just six days after the item was delivered—I’ve been trying to return it to Findercube, but 14 days later, they still haven’t fulfilled my request. Instead, they’ve offered partial refunds of 20–30% and suggested I keep the item because the return “isn’t worth it.” Despite their website advertising a “worry-free return,” that has not been my experience. If you’re considering purchasing from this company, I’d strongly advise against it. You may not receive what you expected—and if the product doesn’t work for you, don’t count on a refund. Buyers beware.
