I’m having to leave this review in hopes that the experience can be improved for the future. My battery in my dad’s car is dead. I’m in town to tie up loose ends following the death of my father. I desperately need to use the car to make it to important appointments. I purchased a battery and set an appointment for 9-11AM in hopes I could fulfill my obligations for the day. 11am came and went, then 12, then 1pm. They were never able to dispatch someone to help me after I paid $425. My finances are minimal these days so this was an incredible burden for not receiving service. When it got to be near 2pm I cancelled my purchase, however, I’m still out $425 until my refund hits my account. To make matters worse, I suffered a medical emergency that night and without a car, I ended up having to call 911 with no health insurance. I assumed the incredible cost of the ambulance because I didn’t have my vehicle ready. I’m so sad because the overwhelming cost of putting faith into this repair, ultimately sunk me into further debt. I’m sorry to have to share this but do hope this review makes it to the right hands to improve experiences for future customers. Thank you.
