I can't believe I have to write another one of these since it is clearly the only way to get things moving. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I got the e-mail that my refund is being processed and I still haven't received any compensation. I wrote you an e-mail a week ago asking for my refund and no response. I returned the item so I am demanding a refund. I had to pay extra for the shipping costs to ship the item back to you and still haven't received the refund!!!!! Horrible customer service.

As excited as I was for my order to arrive, I couldn't be more disappointed. My order #2052, ordered from lacemade.eu arrived on the 2nd of July and none of the dresses fit. Their sizing charts are complete garbage and you should always size up one or even two sizes which is absolutely bizarre. On the same day I emailed them regarding whether it is possible to return one of the two items in my order (since I gave one of the dresses to my sister because it fit her. Mind you, I couldn't even get one of the dresses over my head, that's how bad the sizing is. So I emailed them twice since then and still haven't received a response. I'm guessing they don't respond to emails regarding returns since it is a hassle for them and when I emailed them a few days prior they responded in literally 2 days. So if you are planning on ordering from them, make sure that you size up one or two sizes and that you choose dresses you REALLY like since you will not be able to return them. I don't recommend and will never be buying from them again!!!!
