$739 to finish treatment?!
Byte promised to straighten my teeth. However, after two sets of aligners, they are still crooked. They asked me to provide x-rays, a scan, and dental records from my dentist and promised $400 reimbursement. I provided them with the requested information. They did not reimburse me, saying they will reimburse me AFTER I pay more money to "re-enter" treatment. I never completed treatment. My teeth aren't straight yet. In order to continue treatment, they want $739 *additional* payment, claiming I need to re-enter treatment. I never left treatment becuase they aren't straight. Better, but not complete. I am 0% satisfied and do NOT recommend Byte.
