Repeated Disappointment – Poor Service and No Accountability
I truly wanted to support this company, but after two bad experiences, I can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. A while back, I purchased a ring and spent a significant amount of money on it. Not long after, a gemstone fell out. Instead of covering the cost of the repair process, the company required us to pay for shipping just to get it fixed—despite the issue clearly being with the quality of the item. Still, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this second experience has been even worse. I was told there would be an effort to deliver my order in time for a meaningful occasion. Instead, the item wasn’t even shipped until the day it was supposed to arrive. It could’ve at least been sent with expedited shipping, but it wasn’t. To make matters worse, there was no transparency, no communication from management, and no real accountability. Just vague responses and misleading shipping updates. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money with a company that shows so little care or respect for its customers. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be steering others toward companies that take customer service seriously. The product may arrive, but the trust is completely gone.
