My young daughter bought several items and had them delivered to denmark where she lives. The items arrived in poor quality with some parts bring glued on using a hot glue gun. Colours were not as described and quality of fabric was below average. She sent them clear photos and they asked her to return the items for a full refund. She paid for shipping from Denmark to the US and sent them the amount and tracking information as they had requested. We can see that the returned package has arrived there over 2 weeks ago, and now there is SILENCE! My daughter who is only 17 and worked hard for this money, keeps writing to them but they DO NOT REPLY anymore. They owe her a total of approximately $500 for the returned items and the International tracked postage she has paid for. LACEMADE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES for scamming a young girl of her savings. As a mother, I am urging you to reply to her messages and issue her the refund she is awaiting for the goods she has returned to you in good faith (all in original packaging) with tracking proof or return received in the US and of the postage she has paid. The address on the website shows Hong Kong, so where are you actually based? Where are you scamming people from?? Somewhere untraceable.
