Unhelpful with quality control
Unhelpful with quality control. I had to order through franchise owners account and there were a lot of issues with our quality and unless I had access to the franchise owners email, despite emailing from my email with proof, photos, order # and my credit card, you would not stand behind your product, which is disappointing. I placed an order today because we need product now, but will be sourcing elsewhere moving forward.
