Confusing experience, but resolved in the end
I had a confusing experience with WordPress.com while trying to manage a domain I purchased. After cancelling my plan, my domain (repairworld.uk) disappeared from my dashboard, even though I still owned it. This made it very difficult to access DNS settings and manage the domain. It took over a week to get a proper response from support, and most initial replies came from automated systems which weren’t helpful for my situation. However, once a human support agent got involved, the issue was resolved quickly and my domain was restored. Overall, the platform works, but the user interface and support process can be confusing, especially for new users.
