We hired the AI service a week ago and have already have two scheduled consultations. The AI service transfers to live agents to assist with scheduling. We have had less than stellar experiences with live answering services in the past, so were overjoyed to find that the live agents with Smith AI have been consistently professional, warm and helpful to our potential clients. So far it's been a great experience!
