I had tried out my new hearing aids for a few weeks and was having serious problems with the jungle coqui frog background noise so I called customer service and Larry was my customer service agent. He listened to my concerns and then talked to his supervisor and came back to me and said he is going to send me an upgrade version for me to try that will cut down on that background noise. That was way more than I had expected to happen and I am seriously super happy about getting to try something that hopefully will work for me. Thank you Larry.
