Good attention to detail
Good company to deal with. I received an email verifying the order and then received a verbal phone call from a rep who asked a few questions to make sure I was ordering the correct size for my needs. They also called to make sure I was who I claimed to be and that the order was going to the right address before they shipped it. I was impressed. The futon is OK for the price. I've had others in the past that were more robust, but they cost a lot more than $190. I'm happy with what I got.
