One star – I wish zero stars were possible....
Our experience with WikiFX was extremely disappointing. From our perspective, the platform appears to create a system where businesses are encouraged to purchase paid services or reputation-related products to improve their visibility and ratings. We chose NOT TO purchase these services. After declining to proceed, we found content about our company that we believe was misleading and damaging to our reputation. Despite providing supporting information and requesting that our concerns be reviewed, they never gave us a satisfactory revert. instead they went and termed our company as an unregulated company in their articles and blogs and went ahead and promotedthe same. In our opinion, a platform that influences public perception of financial companies should have a transparent methodology, with a licenced or verified regulator on their heads to verify regulatory information carefully, and provide a fair, impartial, and efficient correction process in which WIKI FX FAILS BADLY.
