Poor service from Jeff at partswarehouse.com
Poor service from Jeff, who initially responded promptly to my emails. Couldn't answer simple questions & just seem to fob me off as if he couldn't be bothered. Maybe questions are difficult, he initially seemed like he could provide me with an item advertised on the Partswarehouse.com website but maybe shipping to the UK is too difficult for him. After a further 5 emails, he tells me part not in stock. Unfortunately, I expected a better service, but instead has been a complete waste of my valuable time, poor effort, 0 out of 10.
