Excellent Customer Service!
My wife started a business and I wanted to create her a cool looking sign with her company logo. I Googled a few different companies looking for reviews and then I came across CreateNeon. They had an easy to understand website and quote process, so I decided to try them out and get a quote. I was almost immediately contacted by a lovely lady named Saadia from customer support. I gave my cell phone number to the CreateNeon, so instead of email communications, we texted - which I absolutely loved. It made it was more convenient. She said she would review my design and get back to me with a mock up. I figured it would take a few days… nope! Less than 12 hours later she had a full mock-up prepared! The logo came to life and it looked spectacular. I had a few follow-up questions and she answered me super fast. I would highly recommend this company if you’re in the market for a sign!
