Hair is not 100% human hair. Poor customer service
Hair is poor quality. I took proper care of it and it turned into dreads, knotted, tangled, and I couldn't get my fingers through it to detangle. Customer service is a joke. Asked a million questions about how I took care of it. Only so they could deny the refund and offer me a discount on my next purchase. I'm never buying again and you should all save your money on this one. Back to synthetic I go. I believe qvr is a mixture of synthetic. It is definitely not 100% human hair.
