I ordered a 16x25x4 set of 4 filters. When I received the filters, they were not the size stated. The phone help didn't know that the stated size is wrong, that they have "nominal" sizes and you cannot get a 16x25x4 filter unless you order a custom size filter. They would not accept all 4 filters back. I was out the money for 1 filter plus shipping. A worthless filter as it is short in all 3 dimensions and cannot be used in the furnace. I find that they are a deceptive company, as they do not make it clear that they do not sell what they advertise.
