I was having trouble up until….
I was having trouble up until I connected with Isaiah. Then everything went right. He spoke kindly and listened well while I described the issues. He was quick to find a solution that allowed me to complete my task at hand. He was pleasant to talk with and we shared a few laughs together. I feel like I made a friend while my problem was resolved. Wow! Abd Thank you are the two words that best describe how I feel. Whoever hired that guy really knocked it out of the park. That’s what management is supposed to do, hire the best people and allow them to do what they do best. Cheers and carry on. Daniel Diyanni. A happy camper now.
