Buyer Beware!
I bought the crochet hair in small kinky curly. The "hair" looks lovely upon crochet braid install as well as wet with mousse and a moisturizer product. However, after 4 days it was so tangled and matted at the nape of my neck, that my stylist had to replace several pieces. We both actually questioned whether it is actually hair as it behaves like any other kanekalon fiber. Except that it tangled/matted much quicker even with proper nightly care. Bottom line, I do not recommend this product. The price point is too high for the lackluster performance. 9/5/2025 Since my first review, QVR customer service contacted me and repeatedly provided hair care tips even after I explained I took the hair out because of the matting. I also left a YouTube review on the QVR IG page from a person that had the same matting issues - several commenters also had the same experience. QVR replied with the same hair tips. When I attempted to reply, my comment could not be posted. To date, QVR has not provided a resolution, which should include a full or partial refund. Very disappointing. But expected from a company that steals the image and likeness of content creators (Lia Lavon) to sale their products.
