SAVE YOUR MONEY - POOR QUALITY
I was gifted a ring set in “gold” for my birthday from my boyfriend and I followed instructions and was very careful with it for the gold to come off (silver underneath) and the ring to tarnish (badly). They wouldn’t refund me but sent me a replacement. When I expressed feeling afraid to even wear it they assured me it would be fine with a promise in an instagram message as well as email that the same thing wouldn’t happen again. The same thing happened and it was NOT a long period of time and they refuse to refund me. Such disappointing customer service and product. I wanted a moon magic ring because I thought the product was beautiful but it turns out to be a poor quality product that the company does not stand behind and refuses to refund your money. I wish I had looked at the Google reviews beforehand as many people have had the same issue. The company blames the customer and is unwilling to help. I’ve never been so let down by a company/product. Save your money
