Door Dash refuses a return
I ordered a cat toy. It was unavailable at the closest Petsmart. They went to another Petsmart to get it. They refunded my money $25.97 as a credit on Door dash. I was not consulted on this. So at the other Petsmart, they got the toy and after applying the Door Dash credit of $25.97, I owed $1.05. I wanted to return and get a refund back to my original payment method. Door Dash declined my request for a refund. I'm canceling my Door Dash subscription.
