No Return Policy?!?
The headset I ordered won’t work for what I need it to work for. It doesn’t the right quick connect. When I contacted Two Way Direct about returning it I was told that they do not accept returns. The headset shipped without any sort of order information in the box with it. So I have mailed the headset back to the address it came from and am disputing the charge to my credit card. I will never do business with this company again and I cannot recommend that you do business with them either.
