I've used Best buy tech support for quite a few years and the majority of it has been very positive. But recently I asked if my Google pro pixel 10 can increase the storage with a microchip. The sales lady definitely said yes which was a total lie and it has taken me way too long to return my $176.51 I'm really disappointed in this last sales lady because she intentionally lied to me which is unlike most most of the experience I've had with their tech support
